Mr. John Phanthoupheng, Consul General of the Lao Consulate General, Ms. Helen Gardener, Minister of Etiquette, and Dr. Jason accompanied them for the exchange.

Ms. Helen Gardener, Director of the Protocol Department of the Lao Consulate General in Vancouver, first introduced Laos' economic policies, tax policies and products. Chairman David Yuwei Zhang, Vice President David Tan, Vice President Frank Qing Liu, Minister of International Liaison Dep, Sherona Liu, and Minister of Asia Affairs Dep, Linda Liqun Fang, delivered speeches respectively, introducing the Huabusi Forum, Huabusi Entrepreneurs Club and event arrangements.

The Lao Consulate General is the only official representative of Laos in Canada. Mr. John Phanthoupheng and Dr. Jason, the Consul General of the Lao Consulate General in Vancouver, made further exchanges with the Huabus delegation, proposed the intention of project cooperation in Vancouver, and invited the delegation to make a business visit to Laos in the best season of Laos. According to the exchange and the needs of business cooperation between the two sides, the representatives of the two sides, Consul General John and Chairman Zhang Yuwei, jointly signed a strategic cooperation agreement under the witness of everyone.

Vice Chairman Tan Ying said that she would actively publicize Laos' investment promotion policies and hold a special business promotion conference for Laos in due course to attract more attention from Chinese entrepreneurs. She also presented the high-tech anti-aging product NMN on behalf of Canada Sunshine Pharmaceuticals, which was recognized by the Consul General. She also said that Laos' biopharmaceutical market has great potential and welcomes well-known Canadian biopharmaceutical companies to invest.

Vice Chairman Liu Qing introduced the development of Canada's new energy storage market and the orders it has obtained in the United States. The Consul General showed great interest in this and warmly invited INFINITE GRID-CAPITAL to invest in the new energy industry in Laos. Ministers Liu Fang and Fang Liqun both made wonderful and professional speeches. The atmosphere was friendly and active, and the business information was rich.

The Huabusi Forum delegation also presented two bottles of Australian Maison Blue non-alcoholic wine to the Lao Consulate General. Minister Fang Liqun presented the Consul General with the Chinese Maotai Town "Oracle" sauce wine, which received high praise. The Consul General expressed the hope that this wine would be used as a reception wine for the Lao diplomatic state banquet.
