On January 22, 2025, the Huabus Forum Foundation and Huabus Entrepreneur Club successfully held the "Emerging Countries Huge Business Opportunities Seminar Series" - a special event on grid-side energy storage projects in Laos and the United States at Shellbridge Way in Richmond. The event brought together many guests from the political, international business and energy fields to conduct lively and professional discussions on investment opportunities in Laos and grid energy storage projects in the United States.

The event started with a welcome speech by John Phanthoupheng, Honorary Consul of the Lao People's Democratic Republic. John, who has extensive business experience, said that Laos is a potential investment destination in Southeast Asia, and its infrastructure projects and government procurement provide broad opportunities for international investors. Subsequently, Helen Gardener, Director of Communications and Protocol of the Lao Consulate, and Mike Longo, Senior Director of Canadian Infrastructure, gave a detailed introduction to Laos' business environment, policy support and project potential.

Another important part of the meeting was the introduction of the "Pasadena Grid-Scale Energy Storage Project" by Harry Wang on behalf of the Infinite Grid Capital (IGC) team. He pointed out that grid-side energy storage, as a key technology for future energy development, can not only improve grid efficiency, but also bring considerable returns to investors. Through detailed data presentation and case analysis, Harry Wang shared IGC's successful experience in this field and the prospects for the Pasadena project.

After the main content of the event, Huabusi Forum Foundation and Entrepreneur Club sent a letter of appointment to Mr. West Ma, a senior blockchain, new energy expert and physicist, to hire Mr. West Ma as the blockchain and new energy consultant of Huabusi Forum Foundation and Entrepreneur Club, hoping to develop achievements in the blockchain and new energy fields for Huabusi. Afterwards, Mr. West Ma briefly introduced himself, expressed his gratitude and plans to build cutting-edge projects in the blockchain and new energy industries for Huabusi.

The event attracted the active participation of many participants, and the atmosphere was warm. Participants had in-depth exchanges on issues such as risk control of infrastructure investment in Laos, application of grid energy storage technology, and project financing. During the event, with the host, Liu Fang, director of the International Liaison Department of the Huabus Foundation, giving a series of introductory remarks and lead-in, the Q&A interaction between the guests and corporate representatives was wonderful, further deepening the understanding of investment opportunities for all parties.

After the seminar, experts from Canada, the European Union, the United States, Israel and other countries and regions said that through this event, they not only understood the huge potential of Laos as an emerging country, but also gained a deeper understanding of the key role of energy storage technology in the global energy transition. The Huabus Forum Foundation and the Entrepreneurs Club once again proved their important role as a bridge for international business exchanges.

In the future, the Huabus Forum and Foundation plan to continue to hold a series of special events to provide global investors with more cutting-edge information and cooperation platforms, and promote the development of emerging countries and global business prosperity.
